Homeopathy FAQ: The Real Deal Behind the Magic, Myths & Medicine

Homeopathy: Misunderstood, Misrepresented, and Seriously Potent.
If you've ever wondered "Does homeopathic medicine work?", or "What are the dangers of homeopathic medicine?"—you’re not alone. With over 200 years of misunderstood history and zero pharmaceutical backing, this medicine has been both vilified and quietly saving lives. These FAQs decode what homeopathic medicine actually is (and isn't), how it's made, and why it’s still used by millions worldwide. We’ll cover everything from Boiron homeopathic medicine to unexplained infertility, you're in the right place. Fair warning: it’s raw, real, and slightly rebellious.
Healing isn’t a drive-thru. You don’t take one little sugar pellet and suddenly glow like a movie star. This is a partnership—between your system and the remedy, and between you and the choices you make every day.
Homeopathy works at a deep level, and over time, you’ll notice subtle but real shifts. Maybe you suddenly crave broccoli instead of brownies. Maybe that 3rd glass of wine just doesn’t taste as good anymore. That’s the remedy nudging you toward your actual vitality—not forcing, just inviting.
But let’s be real: the remedy can’t go to the gym for you. It can’t meditate for you or put down the third latte you know you didn’t need. You’ll still need to sleep, move, rest, and stop saying yes when you mean hell no.
The longer you’re on the right remedy, the more you’ll naturally gravitate toward what’s good for you—without the usual willpower war. That’s real gaining health.
Let’s get something straight: When I was young, nobody was trying to get pregnant—they were trying not to.
Now? Half the couples I meet are deep into the IVF hustle, paying thousands, injecting hormones, and praying for a positive test… with no real understanding of what’s actually going on inside their bodies.
We didn’t used to need an infertility specialist to have a baby. There weren’t infertility support groups on every corner.
So what changed?
The environment. The food. The stress. The drugs.
The toxicity.
We’re living in a chemical soup.
Our soil is dead, our air is dirty, and by the time people hit old age, they’re juggling 20+ prescription drugs like it’s normal. (It’s not.) The body isn’t dumb. It knows when things aren’t right. If your system is out of balance—toxic, exhausted, hormonally wrecked—why would it create new life?
Can Homeopathy help with unexplained infertility?
Let me tell you a real story. My homeopathic mentor once worked with a woman who couldn’t get pregnant. After deep, constitutional homeopathic treatment, she got pregnant. Then again. And again. After baby #5, she jokingly asked, “Do you have a remedy to make it stop?”
Because here’s the truth: When the body is healthy and balanced, fertility isn’t a struggle.
Want to know another truth nobody’s talking about? You don’t just give your child your eye color. You give them the state of your health at conception.
That’s the blueprint they grow from.
So if you're shooting up with synthetic hormones, forcing ovulation, or freezing embryos like chicken nuggets, take a minute to ask:
Is this really setting your child up for vitality? Or are you handing them a foundation made of depletion, suppression, and stress?
My teacher calls these “freezer babies.” And she says, just wait—they’ll have infertility too in 30 years. The cycle repeats. Because no one’s addressing the root.
So what do you do?
You stop the madness, and you get yourself well. Homeopathy (and yes, acupuncture too) can work wonders in restoring your natural rhythms—not just so you can conceive, but so you’re actually healthy enough to carry, birth, and raise a child without breaking down.
Because at the end of the day, that’s what people want:
Healthy children.
Not hormone hacks.
Not Franken-babies from $30k freezer cycles.
Just vibrant, glowing, connected life—starting from a mother who’s truly well.
Let’s get real: Homeopathic remedies are not dangerous in the way that pharmaceuticals are. You're not going to grow a third ear or destroy your liver by taking a few pellets of Pulsatilla.
But. Are there dangers of homeopathic medicine? And that danger is thinking you know what you're doing when you don’t.
Let’s unpack this.
The Real Danger Is DIY Medicine Without a Map
Would you prescribe yourself chemotherapy because you read about it on a blog? Would you order antidepressants from Canada and just “try it out” because you saw a commercial during The Bachelor?
No? Then why are you self-prescribing homeopathic remedies from the shelf at Whole Foods like it’s a choose-your-own-adventure candy aisle?
Homeopathy is a deep, sophisticated medical system. Not a guessing game.
I had a German client once—a nurse—who decided she could treat herself without ever studying homeopathy. She took the same remedy every day for five years. When she came to me, she was proving the remedy—meaning, she was exhibiting symptoms caused by the very medicine she thought was helping her.
No one was watching the case. No one was tracking her symptoms. No one had a clear picture of what was actually unfolding. That’s the danger.
Homeopathy Is Powerful Medicine - Respect It
Each homeopathic remedy—especially the polycrests (the big, broad-spectrum ones)—has been proven in healthy individuals and documented in rich detail. Some of them have 3,000 to 7,000 recorded symptoms.
That means that when a trained homeopath gives you a remedy, they’re choosing from a field of thousands of possible energetic patterns. And the remedy must match your totality—your mental state, physical symptoms, inherited family trauma, personality, dreams, fears, past griefs, and more.
You cannot figure that out with a two-symptom match on the back of a Boiron box.
You wouldn’t walk into a pharmacy and take a random antibiotic just because it says “for infection.” So why are we doing that with remedies we don’t understand?
Put the Remedy Back and Get a Banana
Yes, I know—they’re sold in health food stores. And that’s the blessing and the curse of homeopathy. Because they’re available over-the-counter, it’s easy to assume that they’re safe, mild, and harmless.
But here’s the thing: just because it’s gentle doesn’t mean it’s weak.
Homeopathy works on the life force. It’s subtle, energetic medicine that can move the deepest layers of a person’s being. That’s serious business.
If you want to work with herbs, go to an herbalist. If you want your spine adjusted, go to a chiropractor. If you just got a knee replacement, go to a physical therapist. And if you want to use homeopathy, go to a trained, experienced homeopath.
It’s not about gatekeeping—it’s about getting results. You deserve someone who understands the deep waters of your case and can safely walk you out of the forest.
The Danger Is Misuse. The Power Is in Mastery.
So yes, the dangers of homeopathy come from misuse—not from the remedies themselves. Taking the wrong remedy over and over can confuse your case. Taking a high potency at the wrong time can backfire. Taking a remedy daily “just in case” can suppress symptoms or trigger unnecessary proving states.
You wouldn’t drive a Ferrari if you’ve never been behind the wheel of a car.
So don’t wield the Ferrari of medicine like it’s a Hot Wheels toy.
Put the vial back on the shelf.
Get yourself a banana. (Or the pink, live coconut water from the fridge at Whole Foods—thank me later.) And find a homeopath who actually knows what they’re doing.
How Are Homeopathic Medicines Made?
Let’s get this out of the way first: YES, they’re real. YES, they’re potent. And YES, there’s often no measurable physical substance left in a homeopathic remedy—and that’s exactly the point.
You are an energetic being. Your body is electric, your heart has a measurable electromagnetic field, and the last time you had an emotional breakdown, it wasn’t because your blood was low in Zoloft—it was because your system was out of energetic alignment.
Now let’s talk about how these mysterious little white pellets are actually made.
Homeopathic Medicine = Precision + Potency
When I was in homeopathic school, I got to walk through Hahnemann Laboratories in San Rafael, California. Let me tell you—this is not some hippie cauldron-in-the-woods operation. These labs are spotless, high-level, pharmaceutical-grade facilities that operate with a level of precision that would make a German engineer weep.
And yes, in the old days, remedies were hand-succussed (that means shaken) by striking a glass vial against a leather-bound Bible. Respect. That tactile, human-to-human legacy is still baked into the process today—just with better sanitation and stainless steel.
Serial Dilution: The Alchemy of Potency
Here’s how it works, using chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) as an example:
Start with a mother tincture—a concentrated extract of the plant.
To make a 1C potency, take 1 drop of tincture and add it to 99 drops of alcohol/water, then shake it vigorously (succussion).
To make 2C, take 1 drop of that 1C solution, put it in 99 more drops of alcohol, and shake again.
Repeat the process for as many times as the potency indicates. A 12C remedy has been diluted 1:100 twelve times.
By the time you reach 12C, there is no molecule of the original substance left. It's gone. What remains is the energetic imprint of the substance—what the French call “l’âme”—the soul.
“But There’s Nothing In It” — That’s the Point
People always ask: “How can it work if there’s nothing physical in it?”
Well... where’s your trauma? Can you see it under a microscope? Where’s your jealousy? Your grief? Your anxiety? Those are energetic disturbances, not physical things. So why do we think a chemical band-aid with red dye #40 is the only “real” medicine?
Homeopathy doesn’t cover up symptoms—it works by stimulating your body’s vital force. It finds the energetic pattern that matches your inner imbalance, and nudges your system back to center.
It’s not chemistry. It’s resonance.
Ultra-Dilution = Ultra-Precision
Once you understand that healing is energetic, then a highly potentized remedy becomes not “nothing”—but actually the most refined medicine available.
It’s stripped of toxicity. It’s been potentiated through vibration. It’s safe, elegant, individualized. And it works with your system—not against it.
This is not some herbal cocktail that just “calms your nerves.” This is targeted, deep, constitutional rebalancing.
Final Thought
Homeopathy is not about giving everyone the same supplement or drug. It’s about unlocking your unique healing code. And these potent little pellets? They’re encoded with precision, purity, and power—made through a process that’s been refined over 200 years.
Oh, the aisle of confusion—aka the “homeopathy” shelf at your local health food store. You’ve seen them: those pretty little homeopathic vials with Latin names, promising to fix your menstrual cramps, sinus pressure, or existential dread with a mysterious blend of everything plus the kitchen sink.
Enter: Boiron homeopathic medicine, the French company that basically turned classical homeopathy into a wellness vending machine. They've made a fortune stacking 6–12 random remedies into one bottle and slapping on a label like “Stress Relief!” or “Leg Cramp Rescue!”
This ain’t classical homeopathy. This is marketing.
Real homeopathy is one remedy at a time—based on the totality of your individual symptoms.
Each remedy has thousands of possible indications, but when you stack them together without a clear guiding picture, you’re not treating the root. You're playing whack-a-mole with symptoms.
And sure, sometimes these combos “seem to work.” You might get temporary relief because one of those remedies sort of matched your state… or worse, the whole blend just suppressed your symptom. That’s not healing. That’s like duct-taping your car’s check engine light and pretending the transmission isn’t shot.
Here’s the real kicker: These combo remedies can actually slow down your true healing. Why? Because when one of your symptoms disappears unnaturally, it’s harder for a trained homeopath to see the full picture and choose the right constitutional remedy for your deeper vitality.
Would you prescribe yourself a pharmaceutical cocktail without knowing what each ingredient does?
No? Then why are you doing it with homeopathy?
It’s not your fault. The wellness industry turned a deeply nuanced medical system into grab-n-go pills because it’s a $2 billion dollar business. But healing isn’t fast food. You need someone trained to see you clearly—not just throw darts in the dark hoping to hit your headache.
Healing isn’t a DIY project when you’re working with medicine this potent. You need a guide—not a grocery cart full of guesswork.
Let’s talk about the big juicy question: Can you mix modalities like a cosmic cocktail and still get good results with homeopathy?
Sure—some things blend beautifully. Massage, chiropractic, osteopathy, yoga, stretching, pilates, tai chi, qi gong—these are all great additions, especially if you're exploring alternative medicine for neck pain or body-based issues. They support structural alignment, circulation, and relaxation without interfering with how your remedy works.
But here’s the thing...
Energetic therapies like Reiki, acupuncture, or flower essences? Not always a good fit.
Why? Because they tinker in the same subtle field that homeopathy works in. And if you’re wondering why patients use alternative medicine, here’s a hint: they’re usually desperate to feel better—fast.
But piling on every holistic therapy like it’s a wellness buffet can actually slow your progress.
Here’s where it gets real: The advantages and disadvantages of alternative medicine aren’t just theory—they play out in your body. The advantage? You get support that doesn’t bulldoze your system like conventional meds. The disadvantage? If you’re doing too many things at once, it muddies the waters. Your homeopath can’t read your case clearly, and the remedy doesn’t get a fair shot to do its job.
Bottom line? Keep it simple. Let the remedy lead. Add in body-based support if needed, but resist the urge to overlay energetic stuff. Trust the process. That quiet shift you feel? That’s your healing, not a group project.
What Are Homeopathic Remedies Made Of?
Spoiler alert: they're not Flintstone vitamins, red-dye-coated pills, or irradiated herbs shipped from halfway across the world. And no, they’re definitely not the same synthetic chemical cocktails that western meds churn out, complete with side effects and a warning label that reads like a horror novel.
Let’s start with what they are not:
Not stuffed with fillers you can’t pronounce
Not dyed pink so your pills “look fun”
Not made in some pharmaceutical factory that sees you as a test subject
Not herbs dipped in mystery radiation and flown in from China
Not whipped up by waving a pendulum over pelican feathers
Homeopathic remedies are made from life — from substances found in nature, across the animal, plant, and mineral kingdoms — and they’re not used in their crude form.
Instead, they're potentized: serially diluted and vigorously shaken (succussed) in a process that extracts the energetic imprint of the substance, while leaving behind its crude matter. What is left is vibration — and that’s what stimulates your healing.
There are over 2,000 well-proven remedies, tested on humans with documented symptom profiles that span thousands of entries. These aren’t trends or guesses — they’re the legacy of centuries of clinical observation.
And no — I don’t make my own remedies based on pelican blood, eagle feathers, or a hunch. I don’t classify people based on whether they wave their hands like a tree or move like a jellyfish. I study the classical Materia Medica, I follow the lineage of the great Masters, and I treat the whole picture — the whole person — with the remedy that fits their story.
Homeopathy isn’t make-believe because it’s made without chemicals. It isn’t placebo just because it uses sugar pellets as a carrier.
In the 1918 flu pandemic, homeopaths had far better survival rates than the conventional docs. Look it up.
Let’s get one thing straight: if your arm is hanging off, you don’t need a dose of Arnica—you need an ambulance.
How would you determine what a true emergency is?
Use your common sense (yes, it still counts as a healing modality). If you're dealing with chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or anything that makes your inner voice scream “Get help now!”—that’s your sign.
Go. To. The. ER.
But that doesn’t mean homeopathy is useless in emergencies. Far from it.
While you’re en route or after the worst is over, your homeopath can absolutely support you with a remedy that addresses shock, pain, grief, or trauma. Yes, homeopathy can do palliative emergency treatment—but only alongside proper medical care, not in place of it.
Here’s the sweet spot: Homeopathy shines post-emergency. It can help speed recovery, reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, and support the body after surgery, accidents, or emotional upheaval.
So the real answer?
If you’re in crisis, get medical help and call your homeopath. This is not an either/or game—it’s both/and. Use all the tools wisely. That’s not weakness—it’s mastery.
Herbalism uses crude substances—teas, tinctures, pills, or powders derived from actual plants. These contain measurable biochemical compounds that directly impact the body. That’s a beautiful, ancient tradition. But it’s a very different ballgame from homeopathy.
Homeopathy is a dynamic and energetic medicine. Remedies are created through serial dilution and succussion (vigorous shaking, not witchcraft). After enough rounds, there’s no crude substance left—just the energetic imprint on a carrier like sugar globules or water. Sounds wild, but trust me, it works in ways biochemistry alone can’t explain.
I don’t recommend DIY herbalism just as I don't recommend DIY homeopathy. Go to an actual clinical herbalist or homeopath who know how to assess your whole case and not just patch symptoms. Because if you’re using herbs or homeopathy the same way you’d use Tylenol for fever, you’re practicing allopathy in nature’s costume.
Let’s get this straight: Homeopaths specialize in people. Not parts.
Not quadrants of an organ. Not isolated symptoms. Not "just the uterus" or "just the pancreas."
We treat the entire human organism—
from the inside out, and from birth to right now.
That’s what homeopathic constitutional treatment is all about: It’s a full-spectrum approach that asks how did you get here? What’s the whole story—from your childhood skin rashes to your adult insomnia to the fact that you break mugs when you’re mad at your boyfriend (true client story, not even making this up).
And here's where we part ways with Western medicine.
Each specialize in a tree instead of seeing the whole forest.
Here’s what I want: Preventative care. Root cause resolution.
A real relationship with your health.
Come to your homeopath before it gets bad. Before you’re riddled with allergies. Before your relationship rage has you throwing ceramic at your partner’s head. Before your system breaks down into full pathology.
Because when you wait for “end-stage disease,” that’s when Western medicine shines.
Trauma surgery? Lifesaving drugs? Great.
But healing? Wholeness? Balance?
That’s not what the system is designed—or paid—to do.
Let me tell you another real story: I had a client who had four different doctors—
each treating a separate quadrant of her heart.
A literal pie chart of medicine.
You think that’s wholeness? You think those four docs ever had a conversation about
how her whole body works together?
Of course not.
Because modern medicine runs on specialization. More referrals, more tests, more procedures = more money. Nobody wants to be a generalist anymore.
Nobody wants to treat the whole person.
Because—let’s be honest—
there’s no cash cow in real healing.
But that’s what homeopathy does. We take your whole authentic picture. We listen to your story, track the roots of imbalance,
and support you before it turns into a crisis.
So if you want a pill for every problem? Go find a specialist.
But if you want someone who can see your system,
feel your timeline, and get you well from the core—
Then it’s time to book with a homeopath.
Seems like a trick question, right? But it’s actually pretty simple.
A homeopath (like me!) is trained exclusively in homeopathy —
think four years of hardcore, nose-in-the-repertory training, clinical experience, plus ongoing post graduate education several times a year, just in this modality.
A doctor of naturopathic medicine on the other hand, is more like a generalist with a really packed toolkit: herbs, supplements, drugs, lab testing, IV therapy, nutrition, vaccines, and yes — sometimes a little homeopathy sprinkled in.
More of a garnish than the main dish.
And hey, I get it — jack-of-all-trades sounds nice. But me?
If I want expert herbal support, I go to an herbalist.
If I need a nutrition overhaul, I see a nutritionist.
I don’t want a dabbling dilettante. I want a laser-focused wizard.
That’s why I’m not into seeing a naturopath for homeopathy.
They’re stirring too many pots —
and none of them long enough to make a decent broth.
Homeopaths take a minimalist approach: one remedy at a time, precision-chosen, not a car full of expensive supplements to swallow daily. It's about quality over quantity, clarity over clutter. Deep healing doesn’t require a Costco-sized pill organizer — just the right remedy at the right time.
Short answer? Nope. Long answer? Not in the U.S.—land of the free, home of the medical monopoly.
You can get insurance to cover a sex change, a gastric bypass, or six rounds of antidepressants with side effects longer than a CVS receipt—but can you get reimbursed for homeopathic care, craniosacral therapy, or a massage? Not a chance.
We’re living in one of the wealthiest nations in the world, and yet true preventative and holistic care isn’t part of the mainstream medical model.
However, you might get a health savings account (HSA) or flex spending account (FSA) to cover a few out-of-pocket holistic expenses.
Bottom line? Homeopathy is not covered by insurance. Freedom of health choice is still yours.
You just have to pay out of pocket for it.
Anyone who has dealt with a chronic disease will tell you that homeopathy is still the cheapest in the long run.
Does Homeopathy Have Side-Effects?
Short answer? No.
The Long answer?
Misusing homeopathy, overusing, combining remedies, not understanding the correct rhythm of application or relationships of remedies, antidotes and miasms, can potentially cause serious unwanted results. These are not due to side effects of homeopathic remedies but due to wrong use of homeopathy.
Classical homeopaths prescribe a remedy that matches your symptoms. That is why we are not adding any new symptoms nor side effects. With the right use of homeopathy, you can only experience what you have already had, nothing new.
Every homeopathic remedy comes with a clear, documented symptom profile, carefully recorded through centuries of human provings.
That’s right—human, not lab rats.
But let’s talk about the real side effects no one mentions.
Because when people start actually healing with homeopathy?
They leave their abusive marriages. They quit the jobs that are killing their spirit. They start painting again, or dancing, or singing, or hiking barefoot up a mountain just because it feels good to be alive.
They feel joy again. They remember who they are.
I had a client who finally divorced her husband after years of infidelity. She came in depressed, exhausted, totally numb—and after time with her constitutional remedy, she walked into my office beaming. Not because the pills made her happy, but because her soul came back online.
That’s what healing looks like. That’s the “side effect” we’re after.
You want to feel again? You want your energy back? You want to wake up and actually want to be in your body, in your life?
Then yes—there are side effects. Radical clarity. Courageous life decisions. Inner fire.
Spiritual awakening.
Come in when you are not feeling yourself. When you are not getting over something.
Homeopathy deals with functions. We don't need to wait for pathology. So why would you?
Don't wait until you’ve hit rock bottom. Until you have exhausted every possible suggestion of your family, friends or YouTube videos.
Come before you take an axe to your girlfriend’s dresser in a blind rage. (True story. Yep. He should’ve come in months earlier.)
The best time?
When you still have good energy, which will be needed for your healing and recovery.
Not after you have depleted yourself due to chronic disease, long term stress, overwork, toxic overload, conflicts, surgeries and medications. When your body is screaming “Help” with symptoms—still before it turns into a diagnosis with a capital D.
Don't be like most people. Don’t wait until you're physically, emotionally and financially exhausted.
Homeopathy works best when your spark is still flickering—not after it’s buried under a mountain of medication and medical bills.
Homeopathy works immediately.
However, if you’ve been sick for 20 years, don’t expect to heal in 20 days.
Healing is a process. It takes as long as the following is able to run it's course.
According to Herring's healing diagram,
the healing will happen from within to without,
from important organs to less important organs,
from top to down and in reverse order of appearance of each
significant symptom in your health history.
Come early. Don’t suffer for years.
Ah yes, caffeine and toothpaste.
How does drinking coffee and homeopathy work together?
Here's the deal:
If you’re normally sensitive to mint or coffee, these are not good for you. That’s not the remedy being fragile—that’s you being sensitive.
For most people, the remedy holds just fine.
My teacher used to say:
“If you’re tired and you drink coffee, you’re borrowing tomorrow’s energy for today.”
And that hit me hard. Why? Because your vital force—the very energy your body needs to heal—
is being siphoned off so you can push through the day, hit the gym, go dancing,
or just avoid feeling the crash.
That ain't healing. That’s override mode.
Our bigger concern over coffee and mint is camphor. Camphor is used in some massage oils, cosmetics and liniments like Viks vapor rubs. It is a known antidote to homeopathic remedies. This means it will interfere and stop them from working.
If it’s a placebo, why would your baby get better?
No, you're not just "imagining it working".
Infants and animals are not aware that they have taken a remedy, yet they are getting better.
Mahatma Gandhi called homeopathy “the most economical and effective system of medicine in the world”. He wasn’t hyped up on a wellness influencer’s affiliate link. He lived it, and so did my clients who got over pain, anxieties, female issues etc with a carefully selected homeopathic constitutional remedy.
Is it safe to take homeopathic medicine while breastfeeding?
Short answer: YES. Long answer: as long as you are under the care of a skilled homeopath, it is not only safe, but supportive to you, your pregnancy, labor and your baby.
Homeopathy is one of the gentlest and most effective forms of medicine available for pregnant and breastfeeding women. And it was tested on woman, elderly and children.
You pop a pill. The rash goes away. Your child gets a steroid cream. The eczema disappears. Your hot flashes vanish after HRT.
This is what homeopaths consider suppression,
while it’s the cornerstone of allopathic medicine.
Identify a symptom, override it, shut it down.
That’s it. There’s not much curiosity about why the body is expressing that symptom and no inquiry into what internal disharmony is screaming for attention. Just hit the mute button and move on.
Homeopathy sees the symptom as the messenger, not the problem.
We decode the message.
We ask:
Why is the body doing this?
What is it trying to express?
What imbalance is this symptom trying to correct?
What is different or unique to this person compared to anyone else with something similar?
Homeopathy treats the totality—
mental, emotional, physical—all at once.
We don’t separate your migraines from your panic attacks from your history of abandonment. It’s all part of your picture. We track it like a detective following a case file from birth. And when we treat the root, the symptoms resolve on their own—because they’re no longer needed. The body no longer has to scream when it’s finally being heard.
So here’s the one-line difference between allopathic and homeopathic medicine:
Allopathy silences. Homeopathy listens.
Can I Take Vitamins with Homeopathy?
The reason why we are missing vitamins and minerals is from bad nutrition or lower quality of foods from depleted soils or due to inabilty to absorb important nutrients from the food.
We prefer that the body is restored to balance and able to take what it needs, when it needs it, in the quantity that is needed on it's own. Therefore, we recommend our clients to save their funds and get on a good remedy. While we also encourage you to start reading labels and learn the difference between healthy natural foods and highly processed foods with low or no nutritional value. We will guide you during your homeopathic treatment and give you healthy tips on nutrition recipes and food based solutions which no one is talking about.
This is what could interfere with your homeopathic remedy. These are either energetic in nature or toxic.
Flower essences - don't mix well with homeopathy.
Strong essential oils (especially menthol, camphor, eucalyptus)
Symptom-targeted herbal tinctures (that force a change but don’t address the cause)
Multi-layer supplement “cocktails” sold by someone with a Shopify and a PDF certification
The Vitamin Industry: A Side Hustle of Big Pharma
Let’s be blunt. The modern supplement industry is just the nutraceutical wing of the petrochemical medical machine. Same marketing model. Same profit incentive. And still not designed to create real vitality.
We’re not trying to micromanage the body. We are learning to listen to it and trust it's innate intelligence.
That’s the radical thing about homeopathy—it teaches you that your body is already wise. You don’t need to throw 15 new protocols at it. You need to clear space for it to do what it already knows how to do.
Even if your child can’t articulate their feelings in words, we can still take the case. We take your observation about your child and the report of the events that happened in your family. We find out about the pregnancy, labor, early childhood from you. Then we add our observation of your child playing at the office answering or not, to get a full picture of who they are and what they need.
Homeopathy doesn't try to turn shy kids into extroverts or sensitive ones into social butterflies. They are seen and respected for who they are.
There maybe situations while you are on constitutional homeopathy, that make you wonder if your remedy is still working.
If you ever antidoted your remedy, what usually happens is that all of the chronic symptoms which have subsided for a while start coming back all of a sudden.
Possible scenarios are serious injuries, car accident, shock, sudden grief, loss of your house, even a big suprise or a fright.
These are usually sudden, unexpected events in your life. We are not talking about mint toothpaste, coffee, tea, too much work at your job or a night out with alcohol.
There is no need to panic, wait a few days to see if you can bounce back naturally on your own. If not, email or call the office for an earlier appointment, and we will set you on the right path again.
